Abandoned Shopping Carts

I recently opened an off ebay site. After 2 weeks I haven't made a single sale but I have had ~15 shoping carts abandoned over the same period. Same merchadise, same price, same terms as on ebay where I average 5-7 sales per day. Do I have a check out problem?

This forum area is for Auctiva's eBay tool, Auctiva.com. As you may know, eBay no longer permits any third party checkout, including Auctiva. All checkouts on eBay must now go through eBay checkout, and any question about that should be referred to eBay.

If you are using Auctiva Commerce for your off eBay website, you may want to post this question in that area of the forums.
