About us information not showing in preview or listings

Hello. Am new to Auctiva. I have filled out all my information for the Seller Detail profile, however when i load it to a listing and view the preview it shows all the information except the About Us section. The section is there but you can't see the text unless you highlight the whole section. i checked all the settings and it seems to be the same as the other sections and they show up fine. When I upload it to E-bay the same thing is happening. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi moonknight,

It sounds like you may have the color of the text in the "About Us" section of your seller details profile set to be the same as the background color of the template you are using. If that is the case, you should be able to correct the problem by choosing a new text color for that section of your seller details profile that contrasts the background color of the template or setting it to "Black(automatic)" from the color selector.

If you set the text color of that section to "Black(automatic)", it should appear black on templates with light backgrounds but change to the default text color associated with the template if you choose a template with a dark background.
