Hi,
The only method to add the template is to create a Saved Listing with the template and description, etc. and then use the <HTML> feature on the Saved Listings page to copy and paste the code to eBay using the Revise Listing editor.

The method I just described is the standard method to add a template to an active listing at eBay.
Are you saying that a Preview of the Saved Listing at Auctiva (after adding template from one-page listing creator) isn't showing the template?

No, it does show in the template, but how can I get the html code??

If the template isn't showing on Preview, are you sure when you selected the template in the one-page, that you also saved that selection before exiting the template selector ("Save Template to Listing" blue button)?

Once you've created a Saved Listing with the template, the code is obtained for copy using the <HTML> Icon on the main Saved Listings page. Look to right column on row for any Saved Listing to locate it's <HTML> icon. Clicking the icon gives you a pop-up box with the code.

Sorry to bother you again, but you seem to know your stuff. I've just been reading some of the forums on here and there's a lot of negative comments! Is Auctiva reliable?

They are going through a period of change; mostly change that's needed or required by eBay or simply keeping up with industry standards and enormous growth in membership. I don't think they are any less reliable than most of the other 3rd parties that have been pushed through the same changes. However, I do think the complexity of the site is now becoming more difficult for them to manage through the constant change process, and that may be causing shortcuts and/or less than what I'd do for quality change-management practices.
