AK, HI, PR shipping charges won't work in Auctiva

When setting up an auction on Auctiva, you can set a surcharge shipping cost for packages going to AK, HI & Puerto Rico but when you are in shipping charges, it won't let me add these surcharges in the boxes - only standard shipping charges can be added. Why is this offered if you cannot actually enter anything?

Hi,

I believe the surcharge only applies to UPS as selected carrier. Selecting a UPS service does allow fill of the field on the one-page. Since the one-page mimics eBay's one-page, that should be consistent if you try it there.

Since that element only appears for flat rate, the calculated method must compensate automatically for their surcharges by location.
