Ok,
Some Pix that were visible in my Ebay ads created with Auctiva have now disappeared from my active listing as viewed on the ebay site. In the "my ebay" area where I view my currently running ads there is a gallery pix, but just a little x in the actual placeholder of the ebay ad.

Now trying to redo an ad that expired about 30 minutes ago...I can see the 2 pix in my "miscellaneous" folder in Auctiva Images but when I browse for it as I edit my save listing it is not in the "miscellaneous" folder.

Am I going nuts??

Hi, I filed a support request and got a response that it is a problem with one of the image servers.

While I can appreciate that, meanwhile I have at least 5 auctions that are affected and I paid a fee for a gallery image to ebay. I know that I can manually go in to each ebay add missing the pictures but what a pain!

Can someone please tell me if moving the pictures to a different folder on auctiva would help??
I may be wrong but I think each user is attached to a specific server so I don't think moving the pics around would help.

Although I'm also pretty sure that your gallery image should be fine. Even if Auctiva is having problems it should still show up at eBay on the search results.

Also, did you know that you have the option of using externally hosted images? I've never done it myself but it may be something to look into. I think you just need to upload them to some other host and then tell the listing where they are.
Hi Rick,
I really like most things about Auctiva and I looked at several other products before settling on Auctiva. That being said...I am still having the problem and had hoped for a rapid resolution of this problem.

I can't tell from the message boards if this is a new problem or an ongoing one; if it is related to the number of images in a folder; if it is a function of using the relist option via Ebay, etc.
