Auctiva started sticking in the last fifteen minutes or more and now I get the dreaded error message

Site is dead on every end for me at the moment. I can't open any template, create similar or new listing etc... Anyone else with problems?
Me too-Its frustrating when there is a problem and you spend a half hour trying to fix the problem, thinking its you, and it turns out to be auctiva. I am seriously thinking of going back to try ebay listing service again.

I managed to file a support case, but no response yet. You would think Auctiva would at least put up a header on site telling people the site is down, so we don't waste our time attempting to figure it out

Hey you know it is never convenient but I don't have many problems with auctiva and ebay is still so cumbersome I will just stay here with auctiva crap happens and they usually get problems corrected in a timely manner
yup me to like I said the auctiva crew (for me at least) has always been quick in reply's and correcting any problems that is why I have been with them for so long
It is happening again today.
Templates have gone from listings I am trying to revamp & re-list. Item specifics are disappearing as well as previous Categories.
I was re-doing them but now I am just getting the ERROR MESSAGE.

PS...I enjoy using Auctiva and always find them responsive to problems so I am not worried. I will just try again later.
same thing was happening to me with regards to the templates. i only hope that the ones i scheduled will have the templates and corresponding information
every listing that I edit in my saved listings in missing the templates and here is the message:
