Hi. I put up four items last night and they still won't show up in my store window, nor will my store window show up on those auction's pages. It's been about 8 hours. Any help?

Please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.
It generally takes 4-6 hours for listings to be imported and appended with the store window so it's about time to file a case now.

Me too, the store window is not displaying on my eBay auctions, and the listings are not appearing in the store window on another site where I use the store window HTML.
This is at least the second time this has happened if not the third time over a few months.
I will submit the help form, but if you want to pass this along to the engineers now, my ID is ginni.

Been reading the posts and I am having the same problem I listed a new item last night and the STORE WINDOW is not showing up on that product nor is it updating.
I am an Aussie so I can't use Auctiva to write my adds and then post to ebay as it would show I am in the US

I do not know if you did use Auctiva's listing generator as to whether a store window displays at all, or correctly.
From reading several threads on Auctiva's site, it appears this is an ongoing problem. Also, my own experience tells me it is an ongoing problem.

What I listed two days ago now has the store window.

I just checked about 2 dozen of your listings from an assortment of pages from 1 to 17 in the active listings section of your Auctiva site, and the store window was in each one I looked at. Are you still experiencing this problem?
There are currnetly 35 listings on eBay that are yet to be imported into Auctiva so those ones should be the only ones that are missing the store window.

I hope the ones I just started will get the store window in a few hours.
It seems like when I first started using the store window last summer, the store window would be attached to listings that were sitting in eBay's scheduler, but it has not happened to the ones I did this week.
