Hopefully someone out there can help me. I filed a customer support ticket about a week ago. When I check on the progress in addressing my problem I am told that the help people are waiting for a reply from me to a solution. Problem is, where do I find out what they are proposing. I've received no email from anyone at Auctiva and I can;t find anywhere on the Auctiva site to go and look at the proposal. Any idea where it might be hiding?
