Reassuring to read others have had problems the past 2 months. I have also. Always the response from Auctiva "help" is that the problem is at my end - clear cache etc. - but I do that and the problems persist. time to find another vendor competitor. this provider is frustratingly unreliable.
IM TOTALLY GONE NUTS TODAY AS I KEEP TRYING DO LIST ONE THING AND I HAVE 40 THINGS TO LIST AND NOT ONE HAS GONE THROUGH. ON THE 1 ITEM I HAVE CONSTANTLY TRIED TO SINCE 8AM THIS MORNING.. LOTS A TIME WASTED ALONG W/ $$
I GOT AN EMAIL THAT THERE WORKING ON IT .. NOTHING YET..................I SURE HOPES IT READY TOMORROW.
