Anyone Else Finding Auctiva Timing Out All The Time ?

No problems for me in ages (knock on wood). I use the latest FF which for me has been 10x better than IE. There's plenty of posts on the forums from what I can tell, so I don't know why they aren't showing up for you. Perhaps you need to clear your cache/cookies to see them? Or file a support help case and see if they can help? Sorry I'm not much help!

It's a networking issue. I am connecting from the UK and doing a tracert I can see the problem.Very high ping rates and a lot of hops.

Tried chaning DNS servers and still have the same problem. This is using Google's DNS servers to resolve to auctiva.com

Seems to me high volume is a problem in many ways - seems to me Auctiva can't handle the business they have and need to upgrade their service, get more servers or whatever they do to handle more volume. I am already paying for another site so I can list there when too busy here, but will not be paying for two sites for long. Would like to keep Auctiva, there is a lot I like, but this busy stuff is driving me crazy.
