API Error String value for "Style" is too long. Maximum length is "20"."

I frequently get this error and then notice that the item failed to post. I have tried it with saved listings, imported listings, relistings and every way I can think of without success. Rarely it will work and post but 99% of the time it doesn't and I have not done anything different.
Does anyone else have this problem? Solutions? It seems that doing anything with auctiva takes so much time I am ready to give up and go to using ****** and ebay which is a breeze.

Hi Jems,

The reason you are receiving this error message when trying to post your listings is because the text you entered into the "Style" field within the "Item Specifics" section of your listing exceedes the maxuimum of 20 characters.

To correct this problem, you will have to revise each listings and shorten the content of the "Style" field within the "Item Specifics" section to something less than 20 characters in length. When making these revisions, please remember that spaces count as characters.

Hi Mike,
Thanks so much for your response. I am so glad to hear there is a solution.
Forgive my ignorance since I am new to using auctiva, but I have pulled up my listings to correct and I guess I don't know where to find/what you mean by the "style" field and "item specifics".

Hi Jems - On your listing page, under the catagory drop down menu, the link "item specifics" will appear for certain catagories. The clothing catagory for example will show a drop down menu for "style" after clicking this link.
