Is anyone else getting FAILED when loading pics? Everything I try everytime I try it fails.

I'm also having problems loading pics...have had trouble off an on for a week or so.
SAME HERE; OVER A WEEK NOW. SOME PICS UPLOAD OK, THEN YOU TRY TO RE-UPLOAD AND THEY WONT GO ON!!!
