Asking for Advice on Fields within Templates

Greetings: I have used Auctiva now for over 6 months. My issue is that when I post my auctiva templates to Ebay - the different TITLES LIKE: ABOUT US, SHIPPING, PAYMENT ETC are not showing up in the templates. It obviously is my own unknowledgable mind of why this is happening. Can anyone tell me how to add or what the link is to get the command placed in the template to divide my description appropriately?!?!? Here is an active auction that only has the title description Active Ebay Link

Those things are part of your Seller Details. Make sure that when you are filling out your template that you click the Seller Details drop-down box (near the place where you choose your template) and choose your Seller Details template. If you haven't created them yet, you can do so from the Profiles tab.
