Auction removed for inappropriate links

Sounds like you were reported by a competitor.

eBay doesn't have time to police their own site, they rely on eBay'ers to report infractions.

Just in case though...here are the guidelines:

But even if I have a competitor, they shouldn't have removed my listings as it was only a link to Auctiva.

I don't want to put a cloud over you,but do you remember changing your email address a little ways down in one of your messages.
Let me tell you that was a red flag to ebay.
they are now watching you like a hawk.Well not ebay in it's self its this The bayesian filtering system. the moderaters should know all about this
menace.
Here's a few things you can do to send a red flagout to feebay.
IP address changes email address change change of ISP

I made one mistake of using a trade mark name & now I am paying for it big time.After 3 emails back to them well it was this guy trying to tell me about all the patents to the swiss army knife.
I told him straight. The company has the rights to the name & the symbol with the cross inside only not the symbol on its own anyway I told him I was relisting without the trademark& I have & no problem. BUT & I meen a BUT the bayesian filtering system is tracking my every move on & off fleebay. had one listing down last week today they just taken 3 more listing down but a differn't listing to the one last week all 3 were the same item. I have been listing these items now for over 6 weeks & they have not for some reason taken down the other listing what is the same. I came to relize that something is going on & I know for a fack I'm going to be booted off ebay I can see it coming, but WOW let me tell you in this last 4 days the stuff i have learned about fleebay is unbelievable.
You can get booted off ebay without a warning.As yet I have been ok but its coming, guess what I don't give a hoot.Do you know what stealth mode is. Do you know what a digital ID is MODS will know what it is. Well thats where I'm going & fleebay & pay buddie cannot do diddly about it.
One thing I am doing right now is to disable the token

I think it's pretty clear that support person was incorrect.

Been there, Done that! FeeBay has pulled my auctions several times. All for my links to my Auctiva site. I fight them every time but between that and crazies hacking my account and getting all the "spoof" email. I'm beginning to wonder if it's worth all this!
Is there a better place to sell on-line?
