Hi
Am new to auctiva and have a couple of questions! (probably some real dumb ones, but I couldn't see the answers to it!)
I have an ebay shop, with a few categories in it, does auctivia not sync or able to list in these categories or is using an aucttiva store make this completely redundant?
Can I edit and create my own listing template from a modified auctiva one? if so how do i do this and store it for future use?

Hi & Welcome to Auctiva

I can help you with your first question:
Go to My Account>eBaySettings>Update Store Categories from eBay. This will import your current Store Categories from eBay. You will have to do this every time you change or create a new category on eBay.
As for the template, post your question in the Templates & Custom Templates section. There are a lot of helpful members who will be able to help you. Or file a Support Request ticket with the link enclosed.
