36 hours later finally have a reply to my support case - they just realized something is wrong! PLEASE let me know - does anyone else rely on their APP? I now have no use for just the website, it is only useful to me if I can do the whole thing on my iPad. The APP truly sucks - Google the reviews and it is 80% negative reviews with no updates for 2 years!
