using their APP, the photos load fine with the green check mark, but immediately after on the upload listing line below, I get the dreaded red X with this message - Oops! We encountered an unknown server error.
sometimes I feel like I am the only one using the Auctiva APP. It has had a lot of bugs but overall it is OK 90% of the time. Today it is not working at all and I get the strange feeling Auctiva does not care about the APP.
36 hours later finally have a reply to my support case - they just realized something is wrong! PLEASE let me know - does anyone else rely on their APP? I now have no use for just the website, it is only useful to me if I can do the whole thing on my iPad. The APP truly sucks - Google the reviews and it is 80% negative reviews with no updates for 2 years!
