Are Auctiva Commerce stores still supported? The help file is out of date and the last post in that forum was 18 months ago.

Auctiva Commerce is still active and available. You can visit the site at http://www.auctivacommerce.com/ for information about stores and the plans we have available. I am unsure where you were checking on the forum, but at least one of the forum threads is active as recently as today. It is possible that there are some out of date entries in the Help pages for Auctiva Commerce, so if you encounter one, please let us know so we can update it appropriately.

Hi Craig, I cannot find how to add contact details to my store. The help file says:
Go to Store > Theme > Classic Theme Options > Customize Store Theme.
When I click Store > Theme the only option after that is Store Designer. I cannot see anything in there about adding contact details, just a widget to show a contact button on your store page.
None of the other dropdown options below Store have anything about contact details either.

Go to Store > Theme > Classic Theme Options > Customize Store Theme.

it seems that the tutorial you refer to may be out of date. In which case, I strongly suggest that you contact the support team at Auctiva Commerce for assistance. However, you will need to use Store Designer as that is the current tool for creating your store pages. The support team should be able to assist you with any specific question you may have.

and they will be happy to assist you with the details of working on your store.
