Auctiva error in listing similar items

Last night, I listed a number of Xmas ornaments. Since they were the same manufacturer, I duplicated the listings except for the title, text and photos. Auctiva did not update the title in its Poinsettia template and retained the first one in the group of listings. I am keeping the listings up since the eBay title is correct and everything else is correct, but it is embarressing to have the Template incorrect.

I believe you can go in and correct the template title on eBay as long as there are no bids yet.

That has happened to me before too--to keep it from happening to me I make sure to hit preview on the listing before I launch it to make sure the template title refreshes itself to match the item's title. Or I just click on the question mark button right next to the template title and that will make it match the actual title as well. Good luck!

Thanks for your advice! Will verify in future listings where I list similar items.

BTW, I can't edit the incorrect heading in an eBay listing when there have been no bids.

I wonder why you can't edit the heading if there are no bids yet? I just experimented with one of my listings that didn't have any bids, and was able to put in a new template title. Scratching my head.....sorry I can't help!
