Where does auctiva charge for things? I am not quite clear when or what and if I will be charged for anything on auctiva website? Do they charge you to use their templates? Please clarify if you can.

Hi - Welcome! All of Auctiva's basic services are completely free. You can use their templates, store as many photos as you need, take advantage of using the inventory, checkout, etc. You can list using their services. There are additional things that Auctiva can do for you, but those are charged for - for example, designing a custom template or store front or web page. You can read about that under the FAQ and fee structure.
What you WILL be charged for is eBay's regular listing fees even if you list through Auctiva. If you use Auctiva's templates, you will save eBay's listing designer fee. If you schedule listings through Auctiva, you will not be charged by eBay for a scheduled listing. If you have Auctiva host your images, you can put up to 24 in a single listing, and not be charged eBay's usual fee for images. Those 3 can save you a lot right there.
I would strongly encourage you to read through the tutorials and FAQ before actually posting. Play with it a bit. There is definitely a learning curve. But it's well-worth the time.
Be patient also, for right now eBay is implementing tons of policy changes and that means that Auctiva needs to change their system to keep up too. There is an occasional glitch, but again, in my opinion, it's well worth it.
Customer service is fabulous here too.
