Auctiva Image Uploader looks weird

Auctiva Image Uploader looks weird. The whole page is very lighter than normal, and the fonts are like old time DOS fonts. All other web pages are displaying normally except the uploader page. It's working, but I can barely see my images. It looks like someone turned a very bright light on to the page.

Hi womandi,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing.

We have not made any recent changes to the Auctiva Uploader that would explain why the appearance has changed as you described, so I am not sure why the interface may have started to appear differently on your end.

If you have not done so already, I recommend clearing your browser cache and then restarting your browser to see if that resolves the issue. I also recommend testing out the uploader through an alternate browser to confirm whether the issue is browser specific.
