I have disabled Auctiva checkout, but it won't seem to die- it is still sending invoices to auction winners. I use merchant card processing, but not with Authorize.net, so buyers just keep receiving error messages. It has become a total nightmare.

I need to get this thing to stop. What happens if I revoke my Auctiva eBay token? Will it affect my current listings? For future listings, would I turn it on when posting a new listing and then revoke it again once the items post??

Any help would be VERY much appreciated! Thank you!!

Hi silverspoon,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. Auctiva does not offer any invoicing functionality but we do offer an automated system for sending "winning bidder" notifications when your auctions end that basically just congratulate the buyer, remind them to go to eBay to pay for the item, and advertise your other products.

Assuming these are the emails you are referring to, you should be able to prevent them from going out by clicking the "Account Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account, selecting "No" from the "Winning Bidder" drop-down menu in the "Auto Email Management" section, and then clicking the "Update Account Preferences" button below.

If you have any other questions regarding your Auctiva account, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
