LifeisLike, I tried to get into your website and can't get into it at all. I guess not only is the admin side down on your AC sites but the entire website.

I've had no response to my support ticket filed early this am. I have checked facebook and there are numerous reports but nothing from auctiva. I am very concerned that they are taking Columbus Day off as well and this could go on for days.

Our engineers are aware of this issue and we are working to get this issue resolved soon. I do not have any estimate turn around time of when this will be resolved, but they are working on it on priority basis. We will get back to you through this support case as soon as this issue gets resolved.
