Hi Mymberry,
You are in the Auctiva Commerce section of of the boards. You want to be in the Auctiva.com section since we don't interface with eBay.
To get to the Auctiva.com section, go to the top of the page, click on Auctiva Message Boards, and scroll down past the bar that says Auctiva Web Based eBay Tools. You should be able to get the assistance you need there.
