Auctiva Mobile App Stopped Working | Auctiva

The Auctiva app available on Google Play I am trying to install it on my Note 8 which is currently on Android 8.0. The problem is that when i am opening the app it only loads a white blank screen on the startup and crashes itself automatically after few seconds. Any idea how to fix it?

Hello Kippona,

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty with the image uploader app. We are not aware of any issues on our end that would cause the issue you have described; the app is working for me on a different Android device so it sounds like we're going to need to have a look into it further.

Please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site with the details as you have described them here and any other information about your device or your experience that may be relevant so we can look into this for you.

Bugs can also be due to the fact that the phone does not have enough memory. This is what caused me to have problems with the app
