I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing.
I am not aware of any current technical issues that would prevent you from being able to use the Auctiva Uploader successfully, so I believe the issue can likely be resolved through some troubleshooting related to Java and/or your browser.
First of all, I recommend clearing your browser cache and then restarting your browser to see if that clears up the issue.
If you continue to encounter the same issue after doing so, I then recommend trying an alternate browser to determine whether the issue is specific to your primary browser, and to confirm whether you can work around the issue by using a different browser.
You can download the latest versions of all the browser we support from the “Latest Browser” section in the bottom right of our Help page located at: https://www.auctiva.com/help/faq/most-commonly-asked/
Also, if you did not uninstall your previous version(s) of Java before you last “reloaded” it, you may want to try completely uninstalling all existing versions of Java from your computer and then reinstalling it anew from http://java.com/en/
to see if that resolves the issue.
