Auctiva Store Catatories

You need to go to the top of the Auctiva Home Page and click on My Account; then click on settings;the next page comes up with 3 boxes, go to the preferences box, go down to ebay Settings and click on it. There will be a new box that opens up, go down to Update Store Categories from eBay and click on it and that should do it. Hope this helps.

Thanks for you help but not the answer I am looking for. Let me see if I can reask the question.

I have downloaded catagories from ebay. If I go to the "AUCTIVA" store (not ebay store) there are not catagories. WHERE do I select "catagories" for items that will only post to my Auctiva Store?

I don't use the Auctiva Store feature, but maybe this would help. Click on the Store tab, then on the "Search Categories" sub-tabs.

I did huh? I can't remember what it was now...maybe it was a question about big crumgs, but that was a while back right? If it was today then I better go see what I was talking about.....where was it?
