Hi Community,

As many of your may have noticed, we are currently experiencing a technical problem that is causing many of the Auctiva template and seller details header images not to show up in previews of active listings. Our engineering and IT team are aware of this problem and we will have it resolved as soon as possible.

Once this issue is resolved, these images will show up again without any further action on your part. We understand that this has happened a few times over the past few days and we are actively looking into what we can do to prevent this from continuing to happen periodically.

I will post further updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks for understanding!

Update - Our IT and engineering teams are still actively investigating this problem and we will have it resolved as soon as possible. We still cannot confidently provide an ETA of when this issue will be resolved, but I wanted to update this thread to assure everyone that resolving this problem is still a top priority of ours since I hadn't posted to this thread in a little while.

I will post further updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available. We appreciate your continued patience as we deal with this difficult situation.

Update - I just heard back from our IT team regarding this matter and am pleased to report that the problem causing the template and seller details header images not to show up should now be resolved. Therefore, our hope is that you can now see all these images in your listings once again.

We also believe we have discovered and corrected the problem that has caused the template images to go down several times this week, but we'll need to continue monitoring our system to verify whether this will be the only solution required to prevent this problem from reoccurring.
