Auctivia Insurance Question

I am choosing not to use checkout right now. I want to use auctivia insurance and understand the process for the add insurance tab and such. My question concerns insurance on a multiple item purchase.

I sold two widgets to one customer. I want to pack both in one box and insure the box. I offered combined shipping discounts. When I click on sales and then transactions it shows one paid and one not paid. He paid for both on one invoice already.

Can I combine both auctions into one insured shipment?

Yes, you can combine items with Auctiva's insurance but you need to file a support request and ask them to combine the items. They usually do not combine them on the weekend but, according to Mike D in Support, as long as you get the request in you can ship without a response from Support. Hope that helps.
