I have just enabled the auto feedback feature my question is: If someone leaves less than positive feedback does my auto feedback still leave them feedback? I am not putting in any information for leaving neutral or negative feedback as each case is different and so far I have not needed to deal with any deadbeats. However if I get unfavorable feedback that is not my fault I certainly do not want to post good feedback for them Roll Eyes I posted this in the feedback forum also but it does not show on the discussion boards so I am reposting it here

Hi Steve,

You have a very good question here. Have you sent a support ticket to get this info from Auctiva?

Before I opened my basic store and got Selling Manager with it, I used to subscribe to Selling Manager Pro and with it there were a lot of auto emails that went out based on the situation. Also, the auto feedback worked really well, even though I too, have not had one of those kooks, I talked with others who had good results with eBay's auto feedback through SMP.

I would sure be interested in the reply you get here or from Auctiva.
