I had some auction listings that were already LIVE before I started using Auctiva, I think I put them up on eBay using Turbo Lister. Anyway, prior to the close of any of those auctions I setup the Automatic Feedback here so that if I receive a Positive I reply with a Positive.

Well, yesterday I received a positive feedback on one of my items, but Auctive has not yet sent my autofeedback to this person. I'm pretty sure that I have all of the Auctiva stuff setup right, so my question is: Do I have to list the items with Auctiva in order for this feature to work? Or do I just need to wait a little more before it will show up...and if I'm supposed to wait, what is the normal wait time?

The automated feedback is functional for listings that are created through other services, as well as through Auctiva.

Once the transaction has been imported to your transactions page and your buyer has left you positive feedback, reciprocal feedback should be left on your behalf within 24 hours.

The reason it sometimes takes longer for the automated feedback to be left is that it sometimes takes transctions longer to be imported than others. As a genral rule, if more than 48 hours have elapsed since positive feedback has been received, and no reciprocal feedback has been left on your behalf, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and our friendly support staff will assist you.
