Auto Feedback, When Is It Gonna Be Posted?

I have Auto feedback turned on, give feedback when feedback has been recieved, however it doesn't work?
When does the Auctiva site give feedback? with selling manager pro its done every 10 minutes.
Do buyers have to go through the checkout procedure like with selling manager? and when they leave feedback then after payment has been recieved will it be left?

or does the auctiva system only look at when feedback has been recieved that it gives feedback then?

do u have to mark items as shipped before the auctiva system can give automatically feedback?

it's been a couple off hours since a buyer left me feedback & auctiva system hasnt returned feedback yet

im wondering why

perhaps auctiva updates it once a week? automatically feedback given on 1 day off the week or something?

anybody know? please let me know, thank you

im asking, coz alot off buyers pay me with banktransfers, the others pay with paypal & i have selling manager pro & it works perfect then when they pay with paypal & all, but with banktransfers where the buyers dont go through the checkout pages and i recieve feedback, selling manager pro doesn't leave feedback then, i was hoping that the auctiva site would, as it's nowhere said here like with in the automatic settings off selling manager pro that u can select between give feedback when payment has been recieved or give feedback when payment & feedback has been recieved, on auctiva theres only 1 possibility: give feedback when feedback has been recieved.
Yet it doesn't in my case
any1 know why it doesn't ?
perhaps i forgot to set 1 setting or something?

In my experience it has never been within 10 minutes. It is usually more like 4-6 hours, sometimes longer.

Auctiva does not get new data from eBay all the time for feedback...seems like it is a lower priority.

It does not matter whether or not the person went thru checkout or any of that stuff, when they leave you feedback, Auctiva will leave them feedback...

If it does not work within a couple days then I'd suggest that you put in a support ticket.

Auctiva's automated feedback system, assuming it is configured properly, will leave your buyers postive feedback one thay have left positive feedback for you. This process runs every 24 hours so, if the item has been imported to your Sales(tab) -> Transactions page, your reciprocal feedback should be left within 24 hours of being received.

i think they have been imported, when i press on the tab ''sales'' & then ''transactions'' i see it there, HOWEVER the payment status & feedback section are incorrect?

they say payment not recieved & feedback not recieved?

does this imported listings have to wait a while to be updated? or do i have to mark them manually as paid?

they say feedback also not recieved, while it was recieved ...

do i just wait now or do i have to do something more, or have i forgotten something?

i think that i have the autofeedback settings correct & all...

i think that it doesn't leave feedback coz off the so-called ''imported listings'' they say that it hasn't been paid yet & that feedback hasn't been recieved yet, witch doesn't trigger the autofeedback part then...

i'm not sure if it has been 24 hours now or not, with 1 i'm almost positive, however feedback wasn't recieved, but payment was & it doesn't say that payment was recieved either then, maybe because checkout wasn't followed through, coz that buyer had problems at that moment coz paypal site was momentarily down, so i send him a paypal invoice & he paid through that

i was talking about selling manager pro subscription from ebay, that ''programm'' ( add-on ) gets updated every 10 minutes & sends automatic emails sutch as ''congratulations you've won item'', ''thank you for your payment'', ''please leave feedback'', ''your item has been shipped'' etc. including automatic feedback

every 10 minutes selling manager pro gives feedback, i mentioned that, coz i didn't know how often auctiva left feedback automatically & all, learned now that it's every 24 hours

yes, that's extremely good & exactly what i was searching for.

with selling manager pro it cannot unfortunately leave feedback when checkout procedures hasn't been followed through.

when you accept 50 % banktransfers & your buyers don't go through the checkout procedure for that, then that's a bit irrititating when you sell a whole lot & all ( in future ) coz you still have to leave it manually for them then
