I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing with our Auto Feedback service. While I am not aware of any widespread problems with our Auto Feedback service, we are currently investigating a couple different reports of issues with that service so you may be impacted by one of the issues we are already looking into.

If you continue to experience this problem with the Auto Feedback service, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option. We will have to look into your case specifically to figure out what is wrong.

We believe that the issue that has been causing the Automatic Feedback service to not work properly for some users has since been resolved. If you encounter any further problems with the Auto Feedback service moving forward, please let us know by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
