Backgrounds do not transfer to Ebay

Why do my backgrounds disappear once I submit my auction to ebay? I always have to go and revise the auction to include the background. I have put it into Auctiva many times but it never stays there. Sort of frustrating. I am new to this software, but not to the listing of auctions. SO far this is a bit time consuming compared to what I was used to using.

Hi,

do you mean your background colors ? or is it a jpeg picture that is not staying in your template ?

Do you use a auctiva templates, or is it a custom template you created yourself ?

Can you provide a ebay auction # where the background is missing, so someone can check the html code in the template ?

Yes, I mean my background color. I used my own template that was created elsewhere and imported it into Auctiva. I can go into ebay and edit it to make the background color show up once I post it, but that gets removed when it goes from Activa to ebay.
Here is an auction where I quit going and revising them so the background color is missing....5664633838

I am still having this issue with the background colors being removed once my ad is submitted to ebay. Any ideas or suggestions?
