Buyer can't view supersized images.

I have a potential buyer who is unable to view supersized images for any of my listings. Everything is working on my end. I told her to temporarily disable her pop up blocker and try clearing her cache. Any other reason she might be having difficulty???

Hm, if they're working for you I'd guess it was her pop-up blocker as well -- especially if the link is not doing anything for her. If she's getting the new window but no images then of course that's something entirely different..

If it is her pop-up blocker, though, then I think one way around it is to right-click on the link and open it in a new window (or tab if she's using Firefox).
