Buyer in UK says they can't get an international money order? | Auctiva

I don't accept PayPal from international buyers and I'm changing all my listings to my own merchant account because of this.

Anyway, a buyer says she can't get an international money order from anywhere but her bank which charges $18!

I know I've gotten them before from the UK.

It says in my TOS that international is by money order only.

What should I tell her?

If you don't get a solid answer here I definitely recommend checking out the eBay forums -- this kind of stuff is discussed all the time but, of course, I have apparently retained none of what I've read!

I do seem to recall that what your buyer says may actually be the case, but there's usually some other recommendation that folks have (sorry that I can't be more helpful).

If I recall correctly, getting cashier's checks is expensive for them too. But danged if I can remember what the usual solution is...
