Hi, I have a problem with buyer requirements not pulling over from Ebay. I have gone out and asked for another token, thinking that I needed to update the connection between Ebay and Auctiva, that didn't do it. Then I read a thread on the UK Auctiva site that says that there is a problem somewhere between Auctiva and Ebay that only pulls over the buyer requirement related to not accepting bids from buyers registered in countries that I don't ship to. Everything else doesn't pull over. I have put over 80+ listings on this week, and have had to go in and revise every single blasted one of them because of this. It is the single most cause of wasted time that I have. When are you going to get this fixed? If it wasn't for this, I wouldn't have to do one thing to my listings once they are posted from Auctiva to Ebay. Need to get this fixed, and pronto. I can't be the only one complaining about this...

Hi, yes, renewing the token does not help. Here is the reply that I received from Auctiva when I opened a support case. Maybe if enough people open cases complaining about this, they will accelerate their "fix" time frame.

Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter - I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having.

Unfortunately it appears that this behavior is related to a "bug" within Auctiva where the buyer requirements configured within eBay (except for the ship to country exclusion list) not to show up on Auctiva created listings.

Ebay used to apply those automatically to all listings but it looks like we will have to change our system so we are actually submitting the buyer requirements to them with each listing. Our Engineers are currently working on this functionality, but this is going to require a fair amount of work to do, so it may be a while before it is fixed as they were not able to provide me with an ETA for when it will be completed.

In the meantime, you would need to revise your items created in Auctiva and posted to eBay to add your buyer requirements to them. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

We actually just made a change that in intended to resolve this problem as part of our site update this morning so we expect that your Buyer Requirements which are set up on eBay will correctly be carried over to any listings you post through Auctiva moving forward.
