Can I backup my Auctiva saved listings?

I wonder if you can help me.

Can I backup my Auctiva saved listings? Is there any backup software that can access my listings and do this for me?

Hello Efen,

We do not offer a service to backup your listing data. While you can export some information using the CSV Reports option from the Sales menu of your account, the only other method you could use is to manually copy your data and save it on your system.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any software available that would do this or make backups for you.
