If your question is 'can I buy USPS shipping labels to ship an item to Italy from within my Auctiva account?' the answer to that question is yes, you can. Here's a link to related FAQ's on specific shipping services that labels are available for.

If you are asking about whether there are Italian customs restrictions on leather goods coming into Italy, I don't know that answer.

Hope this helps.
