Hello.

Can I use auctiva for selling inside of Germany?

I live in Switzerland, and would like to use auctiva to sell through eBay Germany.

Is the „auctiva“ auction tool only for the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
Aren't other countrys allowed to use it?

Thank you.

Yes.

What you could do is create your listings descriptions and photos on our site and save it.

Then use the Get HTML button on the saved listings page. That would allow you to use our templates and image hosting for free and you could paste the HTML we give you into the eBay Lister page or Turbo Lister or any other way you can list to eBay Germany.

We hope to add listing directly to eBay.de in the future.
Hi Jeff.
Where, must I exactly paste the HTML in the eBay Lister page?

Thank you.

Auctino,
If you want to offer your customers Auctiva Insurance, you will need to enter shipping carrier, cost, and value of item for insurance charges.
Because you are using Auctiva Germany, you might need to remember that Germany is the 'Domestsic' Shipping service and that your own country will be programed in the system as Foreign.
The first Shipping Charges listed will be domestic, which will be from Germany to Germany (check the country. The price you list is the price you pay using your shipping carrier. Also remember to check if you are offering insurance, and what the value of the item is deemed to be.
Next Shipping is to your own country ... this will likely be under International Shipping Options. Here you would check 'willing to ship from Germany to...your country, add the charges etc. etc.
The rest of the shipping enteries will likely be international which will be considered from Germany to... check - Asia, US, UK, Can, etc. etc.
I used to use Auctiva US, and it was the same way for me... US was home...Canada was internationa. It is great when they offer the service to your own country, but it is a great service any way they serve it.
Hope I helped a little.
Thank you very much, indeed, valleychic.

That was not actually my question, but I will study your maybe useful, thorough and detailed information.

Anyway, I found out, how to copy and paste the "Get HTML". And I am very happy about how I am able to make nice auction lists with "auctiva".
I highly appreciate the service offered from auctiva. Many, many thanks, to the company.
.
I am new to auctiva and would like step by step instructions on how to list items on ebay.de germany, please. I don't exactly know how to start and about the html.
THanks

Hi auctino Smile

I just read this with great interest. I wonder what experiances you've made since you posted this. I just signed up to auctiva and created a listing and put it into my turbolister ... so far so good, but I still hasitate to put it to ebay Roll Eyes because before I would like to know of someone who has tried it before. Maybe you can tell me how it is working out or give me your ebayname so I can have a look.

Thank you Wink

Anja from Germany

I think auctiva is a realy great tool ... never seen anything like it before ... and realy easy to handle!!! Thank you autiva as well for providing this all for free.
Hi Community,

Update - We actually just started supporting listing items directly from Auctiva to eBay Germany with our last major site update toward the beginning of this month. If you would like to create an eBay Germany listing through Auctiva, you will just need to open the "New Listing" page and select "Germany" from the "eBay site" drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the page.

If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your Auctiva account, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

-Mike
