I had this problem once before a long time ago. When I'm selecting the shipping option Profiles that I have set up 10 years ago, it will not permit me to put my box dimensions into the size request boxes that Auctiva has provided upon listing.
It did this same thing to me about 9 months ago and then all of a sudden it worked again. This is now happening again. Grrr. I have made no changes to my profiles so it can't be from my end of things. Anyone else having the same problem?

Hi MarleneM,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I am not aware of any recent changes on our end that should have impacted your ability to fill in the "Dimensions" area, but those fields are only available for certain shipping options, so they are expected to be disabled until you have chosen a shipping service and/or package size for which they are appropriate.

If you are still unable to use these fields once you have selected shipping options that should support them, please contact our customer support team with the details by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
