assuming your not getting the error because of being suspended or NARU'd, paste in your description here or in practiceboard.com and we can have a look at it and maybe figure it out. could easily be something in your description or in your template if using a custom template.

could also be because of brand name of old navy. they might be rejecting it because of that.

On some items ebay requires added info like condition - new or used...if you dont click that link and put it in there under what catagory you put it in, you may get an API error. I have before. You will also get one if you ship internationally to all countries and the item is prohibited in some countries, like weapons and other items. Do an error check on your listing it may point out the problem for you.
