I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experience. We just started noticing some issues with the responsiveness of the site and I suspect the behavior you are seeing as you attempt to use the "Bulk Relist" option is related. Our technical team is currently looking into the situation and we will get things under control as soon as possible.

We are still uncertain when we will be able to fully resolve the current performance issue which is causing the site slowness you are experiencing, but I still intend to keep you posted through this thread as additional information becomes available.

This issue does not appear to be related to the brief outage we experienced last night though.
