Can't create token due to old account

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a token so that I can start using Auctiva. I previously (over 5 years ago) had an Auctiva account and because of this I'm not able to generate a token using my new one. I no longer have access to the email address associated with the old account so using it will not be possible. What are my options?

Hello BenMR1991 -

I suggest that you file a support case from under the Help tab of the site and let us know the username of your old account and describe your circumstance to us. We will either be able to assist you with updating the email address on your previous account or help get that account closed out which will sever the eBay token, allowing you to generate one in another account.
