This is weird.

I try to delete 2 photos. I get a message:

Warning
Some of the images that you want to delete are being used in active listings!. Confirm delete or press Cancel.

I KNOW this item is SOLD and NOT "active" -- the person just left me feedback for it and I don't have two of them!

So I do "confirm delete". Then it tells me

Confirmation
The images you selected have been moved to your deleted images folder.

But they're not going to my deleted folder! They're still in my active pics. When I click "View deleted images" nothing is there, but they're still in my active.

Always a new problem....anyone else have this happening?

I "am" using the pay site so as not to put all my eggs in one basket. That doesn't mean that I don't do maintenance in my images folder here. We all can do without the sarcasm. A nice and simple question will do fine. Thank you.

That part is working fine now.

New problem for last 2 days is when I try to delete pics for things that have sold (and buyer has received) I get this message (which error message doesn't know what it's talking about):

the images that you want to delete are being used in active listings!. Confirm delete or press Cancel.

So? I confirm and delete. But they are not active!

Also, I have not received one notification for this discussion yet. They were turned 'on' when I started this post. Just came back to check.
Looks like I spoke too soon. Now my

images won't delete!

I put check marks in all, hit delete, message tells me they're being used in a listing (they are NOT), I click "confirm delete", but then they keep staying in my active photos!

They won't go to my deleted folder.

You guys say 'newbie', mine says 'whiz'. Maybe I have a lot more photos than you, which can change the way everything works.

I am going to file a support request.
Hi Community,

We actually have received some reports similar to this and our engineering team has had to correct them on an account-by-account basis. If you are having trouble deleting some of your images as a result of this issue, please contact our customer support team and we should be able to get your account fixed so you'll be able to delete them.

We should be able to get a permanent solution in place with a future site update such that this will be corrected without having to contact support, but I'm not quite sure when that might happen at the moment.
