Can’t find/see any old or recent uploaded images.
The problem has nothing to do with ebay, the images were never posted in any auctions.
I had used only 1 mg of image storage prior to:
Using IE, Creating a new folder – then using Auctiva uploader, selected approx. 30 images (had to do this 2x with only 15 selected each time) – hit the upload button to save to my newly created folder. After a several min the green progress bar completed. (took about 4 min. for 8mg – not as Auctiva claims… “Now, you should be able to transfer up to 35 megabytes of images in a few seconds”)
I know the images uploaded as my image storage now shows 9.35 mg. I went to image mgmt & searched several ways including “all folders *.*” I continue to get ‘no records found’ msgs. I can’t see my old images either. What am I doing wrong?

Hi nubwagger,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I just reviewed the Image Management page within your account and was able to see a number of images that were uploaded today, so I suspect you most likely have (or had) a search or filter enabled on your Image Management page that was preventing you from seeing all the images you have uploaded.

I understand you have already selected “All Folders” from the “Show Images In” drop down menu so, if you also make sure the “Search for Image “ field is empty and the four boxes below are all unchecked then click the “Search” button, I expect that you will be able to see these images.

It does seem a bit unusual for it to have taken 4 minutes to upload 30 images, but a number of factors can influence the speed of the upload process, such as the size of your images and the speed of your connection. For example, I just did a test upload of 30 images from my account and it completed in less than a minute.

Also, if you would like to upload multiple consecutive images within a folder, you can actually choose them in bulk by selecting (clicking, but not checking the box) the first image in the series, holding the “Shift” key, selecting the last image in the series in the same manner, and then checking the box for any of the highlighted images.

I hope this helps. If you continue to have trouble locating your images and/or experience slow upload speeds, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab within your account and we will be happy to continue working with you.
