Hi there and thanks in advance. I have been using auctiva for some time in work and at home. In the last few days auctiva has ceased to function from my home computer. I thought that the site may been down but found that I was able to use it in work. I checked all the settings on my pc and tried using two laptops on the same line. I was unable to get Auctiva on any of the three computers. Although when I try to load auctiva it comes up with 'page not available' I can enter any other url i.e ebay without problem. When I view my auctions from the home computer the pic's are not there although they are viewing from neighbours computers etc etc. I use a wireless router but the signal is perfect. I have also tried reconnecting the static broadband modem line. Please please please help, Many thanks Geoff

I too am experiencing the very same problem, it was there one day and gone the next, even when trying to go direct to Auctiva.com in the hope of finding some help, page cannot be shown "cannot find server" messages appear, I have searched through google to find some sort of an answer and have learned that Auctiva have recenly changed the service supplier and that some members may have noticed no change while others cannot connect, looks like I'm one of the unlucky ones, by the way there is also a note which says those not getting connected should try a couple of IP addresses direct, I have, they don't work either, is there any help out there, I don't think it;s a PC problem as suggested in the answer given to the previous members question, any help offered would be most appreciated.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this problem.

I'm editing this post because I remembered that another had this problem earlier this month.
It was due to an update with their firewall that was blocking their entrance into Auctiva.

One other person that had this problem had never cleaned her history, cache, temporary files ever. And found once it was done, she could once again enter Auctiva...I hope it helps for you.
