Can't LIST for cripes sake Nevermind images, shipping... I simply Can NOT list!!

Mike D or anybody ? I've tried Firefox 2, IE7 & Opera browsers. Your DESCRIPTION box is ghosted out. There are no "tools" at the top. Looks like a clickable HTML or FULL SIZE EDITOR link but when I click, my tab says: javascript:LISTERVoid() which means it's doing nothing.

It is just me? I haven't had a chance to have problems with the images or shipping that Mike keeps mentioning in his updates. I can't enter a description at ALL!!
This is killin me!

Try clearing your cache and cookies. It works for me even though I have to do it between each listing. A total PITA. Of course time will tell if a listing that is scheduled will actually post.

tks morc.... i had done that in all four browsers & it would give me the description box, then when I was about to type, it would disappear to blank!

HOWEVER, just now, mere MINUTES after I posted this thread, I'm up again (at least on Firefox).

So I dunno what's going on or if it will last. Fingers x'd!

I can't List either. I have the option to Save As New only - can't Save, Schedule or List my item. I've been messing with it off and on all day figuring the problems would get taken care of at Auctiva. Do I need to contact Auctiva or will they see this post and know what to do?

What have they done?? This is a nightmare. I go to list from an old auction and the description disappears. Sometimes if I hit save as new, it reappears, other times it does not. Sometimes, save as new isn't even allowed as an option. I keep trying everything. What works one time, doesn't work the next. Why don't they just leave things alone? Or explain changes to us so we know how to use the site?

Well I am glad to know that I'm not crazy. I ahve been trying to list all day. My description has been coming in a out. Now I have my description and now my post button is not working.

I found a way to save your work.

..After you finish your listing click on error check. If the save button don't show another save as new will. Click on that and your listing is saved. Hope it works for you. Deb

oops..forgot to add that when you go to either a saved listing or a new listing, the item descrip is blank, so click on full editor and another screen will come up that you can go ahead and create your descrip., click save, it will take you back to the 'ghost editor, but when you click on preview it is there. sheesh..this is alot of work getting around all of this..ohhh huuummmmm
