Hi Linda,

That might be a scripting error and bottom of page sounds like you are using IE.

Are you using IE7 or IE8?

I'm not seeing an error on the Active Listing page when it loads with IE7. Is the error occuring when you select a listing and click the Add Images button?

If it's a script bug and you are using IE8, you could try viewing the page in IE7 mode with the Compatibility View button on the IE8 toolbar (see it here http://www.microsoft.com/windo...xplorer/default.aspx ).

You could also try with Firefox browser.

Hi,

I don't think AOL is currenlty using IE based code for their browser. IE6 is a little old for best use of the site. If you are running XP, I'd update to IE8 or try Firefox. It's not a problem to have multiple browsers installed, and that can be a plus to view your listings at eBay for any site problems/bugs in view with different browsers.
