Yep...been trying all morning. Finally got logged in on the log-in page, then the first thing I click on, I get this again.

It's WAY too much trouble to fill out a 20-question support page for this.

Now I have to go to work, so I guess my listings in ebay will have to wait another day, since Auctiva has all my photos.

-me neither. I logged into the message boards here, no problem, but I get an error message every time I try to log into the main site.

So, I can't access my photos, period.

I get the same error message when I click on the 'report a problem' so, I can't report the problem, either (anywhere but here, where I doubt it will have any effect.)

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. The network maintenance our ISP conducted last ended up taking longer than we expected and we encountered some problems bring the site back up after it was completed. The issue that was preventing users from logging in was resolved just after the last post to this thread, so you should all be able to log in now.

This seems to be an ongoing problem since we have to pay, I was told yesterday that there were no problems on AC end and have been unable to access anything once logged in and have gotten no help today. I can't even make payments via paypal without getting bumped back to AC, this is a problem I have encountered since having to pay. Maybe time to find a new site to use that works with Ebay and is not affiliated with it, when the AC name is not on listings they loose business, think it would get fixed. I am tired of this can't access what I pay for hmphhhh if I did that my store would be closed due to complaints
I am tired of sending requests for help that go unanswered I understand you are making updates but we pay for this service and are unable to utilize it. If these are the growing pains we the customer suffer then.....
